clean condition tasty food small room open suitcase
the hotel is clean and i like its condition. staff was really friendly, that was important to me. breakfast have tasty foods, i think.
the room was too small, so i can't keep my suitcase opened. it was difficult to fit in the room with the bag, really.

good riverbank retreat
inspiring design backyard garden perfect ambience
i found an inspiring design and uplifting atmosphere throughout. the garden offered river access, an additional charm. the lobby featured seating with a perfect ambience and complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea.
the room lacked a wardrobe only offering hangers though i was staying several nights i found this problematic.

the reception staff were very pleasant and professional i did notice they addressed all my questions promptly. the communal area by reception included a free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate machine i found easily accessible at any hour. it was very convenient.

small slit window poor cell signal
the breakfast was fine , and the free coffee machine in reception was a bonus.
the room was substandard. instead of the panoramic window that every standard room has , there was only a small slit window. the room was also right next to the elevator shaft , so i had very poor cell phone signal.

central location helpful staff free coffee
i found the hotel to be clean and well-kept! the location was superb, close to many attractions. the staff were helpful, especially with directions, and i made use of the free coffee available in the lobby.
the in-room tablet was occasionally unresponsive? i had to restart it once to control the lights.

The hotel provides a well-equipped gym that has three treadmills and a selection of free weights. There is also a comfortable lounge area with several sofas and a small library. a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Subpar Air Conditioning Ruined the Stay
non-working ac large windows
The location was good, being close to the city center.
I was very upset because the AC did not work properly. The temperature in the room could not get below 24 degrees C. When I complained, a staffer told me it was normal due to sunny weather and large windows. The AC system felt different than other hotels.
