the staff offered helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. the neighborhood felt safe for walking, even at night. i found several bars and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. the front desk provided quick and helpful service during check-in.
the room lacked a small refrigerator, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.

vending machines complicated check-in
the front desk staff was really great and very helpful.
the lobby used to have vending machines for water, snacks, etc, but those are gone now. the check in felt more complicated than it needed to be. i was asked for my old passport number, and the receptionist held my id while i wrote my address on a piece of paper, even though i've stayed there before.

the hotel is conveniently located near the ciudad lineal station, a short walk away (about 10 minutes). i easily accessed several supermarkets, including mercadona, superco, and aldi. the staff offered good local recommendations for nearby restaurants. the neighborhood felt quite safe.
the lobby broadcasts news in spanish continuously.

The room lacked coffee or tea facilities. I found this inconvenient. The television offered limited channels. This made relaxing in the room less enjoyable. The staff did not seem particularly proactive in addressing requests..

modern design comfortable beds easy access
The rooms have a modern design and were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location allowed an easy walk to the metro stationwith great access to the city center.
The hotel rooms do not include a small refrigerator. I also found the hanging space for clothes too small for two people. A more substantial luggage rack would be helpful.
