excellent value near ventas metro

the location suited my needs perfectly. i appreciated the proximity to the ventas metro station (it's literally steps away!). the helpful staff quickly addressed my questions. the room upgrade was a nice surprise.

the hotel has a garage for parking, though it is a bit tight. breakfast had a good selection of toast, sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit (i enjoyed the coffee machine).

My double room view included both a double bed and a single bed. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well. the housekeeper did a great job maintaining the room .

the reception staff was consistently friendly and helpful, especially elena. they were eager to assist with any queries i had. one receptionist even helped me communicate with a taxi driver.

the hotel is very close to the ventas metro station. this made getting around simple. a supermarket next door stays open late (until midnight), which was convenient. the bullring is also just across the street.
My room faced a wall (no view at all). the towels provided were too small for showering. the air conditioning did not work effectively. It was warm inside the room.

location of the hotel was good. the room included a nice street view. many restaurants and bars were near the hotel too.
the shower head was broken. there wasn't a phone in the room so i couldn't contact staff. the staff weren't available.
