I got really good value for my money! The room was wonderfully clean and I found it comfortable. All staff members were friendly and provided excellent assistance. I liked that the town centre was just a short walk away, as was Torre railway station.
The shower instructions were a bit confusing at first, but I figured it out quickly!

the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room had ample space and all the necessary amenities. i appreciated the convenient location near the train station for easy access to transportation.
the exterior of the building shows signs of needing maintenance as some drainpipe work is necessary. i hope this will be adressed soon.

i liked friendly and helpful staff. the location was also convenient as it was near torre station. i found my room was a nice size and the keypad door locks a modern touch, this made access easy.
i think it be good if the hotel had improved maintenance, as it seemed a little run down. this is my only small complaint.

the hotel is located near torre station which is great. i think is about five minutes walk. the area is quiet and this helps when trying to get a good night's rest.

i had a warm and smiley greeting at check-in. i also felt the staff were helpful with any requests. hassan was particularly helpful, he showed us what we could do during the day.

the hotel offers parking space. the keypad door locks are also nice and modern. it is also on the route of the no 12 bus, which runs all the way through to paignton.
