bathroom grimesoft mattress
The bathroom cleanliness was definitely below standard. I noticed grime in the corners. The shower pressure was also quite weak. It made it difficult to wash properly. the bed mattress was uncomfortably soft. It sagged quite a bit, and it did not provide sufficient support, resulting in a restless night.

I found the staff helpful and efficient. i especially appreciated the mini fridge in the room. It was very useful because it was quite hot outside.

The staff was very accommodating. They promptly addressed all my requests. My room had a mini fridge, and that was lovely, particularly since it was hot outside. There was a Tesco extra just a short walk away. About two minutes.
The walls seemed thin as I could hear sounds from other rooms. The bathroom door lacked a latch, so privacy was a slight concern. The website showed breakfast was available, but this was not the case .

the noise level from adjacent rooms was noticeable. i could clearly hear conversations. long narrow corridors led to the room making it feel somewhat distant from reception.

the staff greeted me with such kindness, so i felt instantly at ease. my room was warm, and i found it super clean, a peaceful little haven. i really did appreciate this lovely welcome after a long journey.
the bathroom door needed some attention, it felt a little unsteady. some of the wood was loose, and i worry this could become worse over time. it would really enhance the room to have this seen to.

Unlimited breakfast was such a treat, and it started each day beautifully. fresh eggs were available. I found this really special and convenient. the chef deserves praise for the quality.

the hotel is wonderfully located, so attractions and dining were within a comfortable walk. the beach and town center are quite close. i loved being able to walk everywhere easily.

The staff was friendly and efficient throughout my stay. The hotel provided a modern dining area. It also doubled as the wedding ceremony space. The live music and entertainment filled the dance floor.
The lighting in my allocated room didn't work. Bulbs were missing. The bathroom extractor fan would not switch off. I had to manually hold the shower pipe to obtain water pressure.
