i loved the staff friendliness! they were always super helpful and smiling, a big plus. the location was good, near the subway, i liked that! there were also many restaurants around, so finding food wasn't a problem, yay!
The room it was small, smaller than i expected. also, it wasn't very soundproof. I could hear my neighbors talking. the shower head fell off, so i had to hold it the entire time, ugh!

i find the staff helpful. they showed us walking routes to monuments. i liked the room cleaning service. the location made sightseeing by walking easy.
the hairdryer didnt work. it was not a big deal. i packed one though.
