I found the staff very friendly and helpful, which i always appreciate. the location is convenient. I could walk to universal studios in about fifteen minutes. the lobby always had a strong, cute smell.
the fridge in my room unfortunately didn't work, i needed to use the ice machine on my floor. the breakfast included was minimal. there wasn't much selection.

the staff at the front desk was helpful with directions and recommendations. kaye, one of the staff members, provided great service. she offered assistance with all my needs and questions .

This. parking was easy and conveniently located close to the entrance. there is an ice machine available on every floor, useful.

Complimentary coffee and ice tea are available. a starbucks is located just across the street. It is convenient for morning coffee. while breakfast was minimal, it did provide a quick start to the day.
