the location is fantastic. it is close to the line 4 bus stop and the pier. i found the staff friendly and helpful. everything in the room worked. i thought the bed was comfortable with great mattress, sheets, and pillows.
i noticed the hallways smelled a little musty.

fast valetamazing location
I enjoyed the fast valet service. I didn't wait long for my car, the staff were quick and efficient. the location was amazing. I walked to the pier and several restaurants very easily. it was nice!
the hallway carpet had some spots.

The location was awesome. It was two blocks from the pier.. one from the promenade and a mall and one block from the beach. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean.
We paid up front and a few days after leaving, my credit card was charged $46, a 'destination fee'. I emailed the hotel, with no response.

Breakfast is not available at the hotel. there is a café just around the corner. Guests of the hotel receive a discount there, very convenient. I enjoyed the local pastries.

The hotel is near shopping areas and the beach. The pier is within a few minutes of walking. There were many eateries within walking distance, especially near 3rd Street Promenade.
