smelly room extra charges
the staff was helpful enough.
The room smelled a bit funny and the bed reminded me of i might roll right off it. A less than ideal situation for restful sleep. the noise from outside was distracting and went on far too long. also, they charge extra for simple things like an actual breakfast.

reception service coffee bonus morning pastry uncomfortable bed far centre
The room was very comfy and tidy, and the included coffee and pastries in the morning were a NICE bonus. I also found the reception service to be very good and helpful .
The bed WASN'T very comfortable, and that is important to me. the hotel felt quite far from the centre. Though the surrounding area was pleasant.

stained carpet missing breakfast
i found the room quite disappointing, especially considering the price. the carpet was stained and looked really dirty. also, one morning the breakfast was gone by 10:20 am. nobody was around to ask about it.

faulty shower loud guests
the shower did not work correctly. i could hear loud guests in the next room late at night which disrupted my sleep. i reported it to the reception staff the next day, but the issue was already done.

fantastic stay, super clean and friendly!
clean room secure room delicious croissant
The room was clean. The staff helped me when I needed to leave my bags in a secure room before check-in. It was really convenient. A delicious croissant was available at breakfast. I devoured it right away.
The pillows provided were not great, so more or better pillows are needed. It would make a difference for the price.

The staff members were polite and kind. The colleagues were very good what could be expected when tending to my requirements, which i found amazing.

A large shared kitchen offered lots of fridge space to guests. I saw laundry machines in the basement. Easy access made coming and going simple.

My room was clean and well laid out with a desk, plug sockets, and a lamp. The bed was very comfortable. The room included extra pillows, and i really appreciated that.

The location is peaceful with greenery just outside the city centre. I had easy access to where i needed to get to. The neighborhood is quite pretty.

free parking central location
I had free parking and that worked out nicely. There are cooking facilities on each floor, and this was beneficial. It was really a useful thing. The location had a central location and that was helpful too.
The fire doors closed very loudly. It made it hard to sleep.
