the staff was helpful enough.
The room smelled a bit funny and the bed was like i might roll right off it. A less than ideal situation for restful sleep. the noise from outside was distracting and went on far too long. also, they charge extra for simple things like an actual breakfast.

The room was adequately sized. The toilet and shower were a reasonable size.
the noise from doors slamming in the corridor kept me awake at night, it was really frustrating. i had to open the window because it was warm, but then i heard people talking and smoking outside.

The room was very comfy and tidy, and the included coffee and pastries in the morning were a NICE bonus. I also found the reception service to be very good and helpful .
The bed WASN'T very comfortable, and that is important to me. the hotel felt quite far from the centre. Though the surrounding area was pleasant.

i found the room quite disappointing, especially considering the price. the carpet was stained and looked really dirty. also, one morning the breakfast was gone by 10:20 am. nobody was around to ask about it.

the shower did not work correctly. i could hear loud guests in the next room late at night which disrupted my sleep. i reported it to the reception staff the next day, but the issue was already done.

The room was clean. The staff helped me when I needed to leave my bags in a secure room before check-in. It was really convenient. A delicious croissant was available at breakfast. I devoured it right away.
The pillows provided were not great, so more or better pillows are needed. It would make a difference for the price.

The location is peaceful with greenery just outside the city centre. I had easy access to where i needed to get to. The neighborhood is quite pretty.

I had free parking and that worked out nicely. There are cooking facilities on each floor, and this was beneficial. It was really a useful thing. The location had a central location and that was helpful too.
The fire doors closed very loudly. It made it hard to sleep.
