so friendly. the shower was great too, it gives a good power. i felt so refreshed after it!
the carpets seemed kinda old, they got some wear and tear. plus, there's this noise at night, i think folks slamming doors. i don't sleep well.

The staff were SO helpful and friendly! the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the vending machine in reception. It was restocked daily. the man who checked me in was sweet and friendly!

i found ample complimentary parking on site , made visiting family so easy. the team had great local knowledge.. they freely shared recommendations for nearby dining. i was happy there was maid service with replenished tea and coffee. my bed was neatly made up after my day out.

the provided room felt quite dusty, as if proper cleaning had been neglected for some time. the soap dispenser in the shower was missing, replaced by an unlabeled hand soap dispenser placed directly on the floor. the bathroom emitted a strong damp smell until we aired it, and the curtains displayed noticeable stains.

the shower temperature was excessively hot in the morning. i attempted to adjust it for 15 minutes, but I was unsuccessful. i had to wash myself without a shower. this situation was not acceptable.
