An okay stay. Some issues present

the location was fine and convenient for getting around.

The room had a musty odor i could not get rid of. It lingered the entire time. the pillows were also quite uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. the noise from other guests slamming doors was disruptive throughout the night.

The shower was powerful (just what i needed after a long day). the free wi-fi worked well throughout my stay. I had no issues connecting at all.

the room provides a very comfortable rest, it was certainly spacious. i like the location, it allows easy access to city centre shops and trams. the included breakfast was delicious, it was a typical english breakfast.

the bed was not very comfortable. it was obviously made up in a rush with two single beds put together. i felt wary of moving during the night because it was separating.

the reception staff were friendly. the breakfast was a good hearty meal, and there was good water pressure in the shower. the room felt warm and the location was within walking distance of shops. netflix and amazon were surprisingly available on the tv, i found it convenient.

the storage heater in my room was difficult to operate and looked outdated.
