veteran hotel stay
comfy bed clean bathroom quiet atmosphere
I was very grateful for the hotel's proximity to the hovercraft terminal. It simplified my travel. the room had a comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. the ensuite facilities worked well, and the quiet atmosphere surprised me.
the pillows in the room were not very good.

the hotel features a communal kitchen and a dining area available . there are awards displayed for the hub from the isle of wight community award, dating back to 2024. a percentage of proceeds goes to aid homeless veterans.

the room contained a large, comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. a big fridge was available in the room, and the shower had good pressure. i noticed the room was spacious and clean.

the hotel is next to the pier, station, and hovercraft terminal. the location provides convenient access to fish and chips shops nearby. i could easily observe life passing by from the hotel's window.

noise level late music
The room was spacious enough.
The noise levels at night were unacceptable. Live music from the pub downstairs went on until late, and i struggled to sleep before it stopped. I found it very disruptive and annoying.

convenient location bus stop ferry port loud music small bed no soundproofing
i was very happy with the location. the bus stop was just across the road, perfect for exploring. the proximity to the ferry port was also very convenient (it saved me a lot of time).
the music from the pub below was quite loud. it continued until late, difficult to sleep. the bed was also a bit small and not very comfortable. there was no soundproofing, i could hear noise from downstairs until late on friday night.

great location affordable pints cozy room
The hotel is conveniently close to the hover port and the bus station. Both were steps away. I found the live music to be amazing. The pints were very affordable. My room had everything I needed. It was comfy and cosy, TOO.
The shower needed slightly more water pressure, but this is a minor detail.

The hotel is situated directly across from bus stops, the hovercraft terminal, and the train station. This placement makes it convenient for travel. The beach is also a short walk away, AS are various shops.

the location is great, right in front of the hovercraft arrival point! the shared kitchen had good organization.

convenient location and clean room
great location useful kitchen community support
the location near the hovercraft and ferry terminal was ideal. a bus terminal outside offered easy access to the entire island. the guest kitchen included a microwave and a sink and provided extra utensils. i found the support for veterans and the community a nice touch.
The blind in my room was broken. I could not pull it up completely.

the hotel's location on the seafront was great. it was a short walk to the ferry terminal, and many places to eat were within walking distance. the bus stops were directly opposite the hotel.
