the room offered a tv with a sink, i found that to be great value. i had my own shower and toilet for my use only, very convenient

The location was convenient for the gig I attended.
The mattress was damaged and uncomfortable. Its loose springs made it REALLY hard to sleep. The room felt small. It was mostly taken up by the bed.

The room was clean and bigger than expected. Plug sockets next to the bed are a big plus.
It was difficult to locate the entrance. I needed a code to access an inconspicuous side door. Narrow stairs led to the rather small room. There was no staff present, and the communal kitchen was very basic.

the kitchen facilities were a great addition. i especially liked the compact design. the location was ideal for visiting the wedgewood rooms (a real bonus!). the friendly hosts.
the steep stairs were difficult, particularly when i had luggage. managing two flights of stairs with bags wasn't easy. (a minor inconvenience, though).

i appreciated the central location and easy access to local amenities. the combination pad door locks offered convenience for check-in and security (mark texted the codes promptly). the orange room i stayed in was a bit quirky, but it provided all the essential facilities needed for a night.
i noticed old, dusty carpets on top of the main carpet in the room. i think replacing these would improve the overall cleanliness and comfort.

i found the room clean upon arrival. The instructions i received for check-in were VERY clear. The location is convenient, right in the middle of southsea..
the steep stairs going up to the room were a challenge. The lack of air conditioning meant the room got hot. the kitchenette had only two coffee sachets, with NO sugar provided.

the room was perfect for one person! the location is also great, close to everything i needed. i was also grateful the bed was very comfy after a long day.
the stairs were quite steep, a bit difficult with my luggage. there was also some noise from the street, which bothered me until late at night.
