large room helpful staff included breakfast noticeable noise loud music sound insulation
My room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had good choices. The staff was really helpful .
The noise from the pub was noticeable at night, coming from the courtyard outside my window. The live music downstairs was quite loud one evening.

lovely stay with great food
fluffy towels cooked breakfast
the room had fluffy white towels and a good shower it was very clean. breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent i really enjoyed it. the pub downstairs created a cute atmosphere and everyone seemed jolly. i found the bed comfortable.
the car park required payment between certain hours i would have preferred complimentary parking at all times. it meant i had to set an alarm to move the car.

the breakfast was freshly prepared with good quality ingredients including sauces i thought it was a very generous portion. the pub offers traditional english fare with a focus on local seafood.

the hotel provided decent showers and good quality towels which i appreciated. the room included tea and coffee making facilities which i definitely used. parking is available nearby but it is a paid car park.

staff offered a warm welcome and were very friendly throughout my visit i noticed they always had a smile. they were able to answer all my questions and provided recommendations for local attractions.

the hotel is near many excellent restaurants i visited a few in newlyn. its position enables easy access to local attractions it is a convenient base for exploring the area.

loud music overpriced beer
The noise situation needs addressing. i stayed in a double room and the live music was far too loud. it seemed like a private concert i didn't ask for. also, the price for a pint seemed a bit steep. I've paid less in what people call nicer places.

attentive breakfast service spacious room personable staff
The breakfast service was attentive. Our diets were easily accommodated. the rooms were indeed spacious and also felt cosy. the staff presented as easy going, so it felt very personal.
