the staff was so lovely, and the location was perfect. i found it easy to reach major attractions with convenient app-based car bookings. the room was very clean, everything felt fresh, and i appreciated this so much. the rooftop pool offered an very nice view, i could not get enough of it!
i found the hotel a tiny bit outdated, but this was minor.

the apartment was excellent the furnishings were of great quality and the cleanliness was amazing i found the location to be very convenient. the rooftop swimming pool was a definite highlight i made sure to take advantage of it. the staff was kind and helpful throughout my time here

The staff were helpful and friendly, I found that acceptable.
The wood interior was old and worn. It seemed like stepping back in time. The toilet lacked a bidet shower, and there was a drainage issue in the tub, both very inconvenient. The pictures online made the lobby look bigger, but it wasn't as grand in person.

The location is good. I could easily walk to the BTS station (it took only a few minutes). There are many restaurants and shops in the area. The rooftop pool offered a nice view and was refreshing after a day out.
The furniture looked quite old in my room. the air conditioning was directed straight at the bed (I found it hard to adjust the temperature). I also missed having breakfast available at the hotel.
