inadequate air conditioning perpetual hum
the air conditioning unit proved inadequate. i found i cannot adjust the temperature. moreover, the perpetual hum was irritating. the room felt stuffy and i struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature for sleeping. the lack of fresh air made things worse.

Simply charmed with my stay
great location shopping malls convenient store helpful staff
The location it is close to many megamalls. I could walk everywhere for shopping and to find restaurants. A 7-eleven store was right at the ground floor. The helpful front desk staff made check in smooth.

friendly staff easy check-in
The breakfast changed daily so I found a different option each morning. Eggs and bacon were available, and brought right to my table after I ordered them. This made a good start to my day. Check-in was simple and the staff was friendly. I walked to downtown shopping easily. There is a Seven Eleven right there and taxis are easy to get.
The shower room floor feels very slippery.

the hotel is close to the national stadium bts station. mbk shopping center is across the road. the staff was helpful and very friendly. the room included a safe and a hair dryer.
the bathroom is a little small and doesn't have basic toiletries..

great breakfast selection friendly staff good range insufficient lighting small bathroom inadequate space
the breakfast had a good range of items. eggs and bacon were available to order and delivered to my table. this made a GOOD start to the day. the staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was great.
The room and bathroom space were INADEQUATE for the price i paid. the television offered no useful channels. ONLY two water bottles were provided per day. This was not adequate. the room lighting was insufficient.
