i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. the private entrance was convenient, and parking on the quiet side street was easy. it sits on one of the iconic streets, a short walk to the town centre (charming!).
the room could use a bit more space to store clothes and coats. it was ok, but i found myself wishing for a bit more room.

the hotel's proximity to town is excellent, with access to shopping and attractions. nearby public transport is readily available. walking to local sights is easy.

my room included a comfortable bed and a well-stocked tea and coffee tray. the hotel provided a private entrance for added convenience. i had easy parking on a quiet street.

the room was clean and had adequate facilities. free wifi was available . the staff were friendly and helpful .
the room was small it was a bit cramped. the mattress needs to be replaced. as soon as you sat on it you fell into the saggy part of the middle of it.

the room was clean and had comfortable beds. the receptionist was helpful when we requested extra towels. the hotel is located within a reasonable walk to the city centre (about 20 minutes).
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. There was only a rail with hangers. there were some drips on the spoons and mugs provided. the window overlooked a garage, and i could hear noise from it.

weak shower headdubious stains
I must say, the shower head was somewhat lacking in power. It barely managed a dribble. I spotted what was to be some dubious stains on the bed sheets. I am no forensic scientist, but they seemed suspect. Cobwebs dangled artfully from the ceiling, so cleaning was missed.
