the staff was friendly! they assisted with my bags upon arrival. the room was clean, and the provided shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch. the location's proximity to local attractions made exploring easy.
The staircase area had a noticeable unpleasant smell. It could benefit from redecoration and a new carpet.

Fresh milk was available in a fridge on the landing, and this was a good perk. the hotel had a large car park. the traffic noise from the nearby road was noticeable as the windows are single glazed.

Stacey was excellent. She even drove me into town when i couldn't find a taxi. the staff were generally very helpful and attentive. the room was refreshed daily, and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient.

The staff carried our bags. That was acceptable.
The room was quite small, smaller than I expected. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, and I had to keep logging back in. I would have paid extra for a bigger space, honestly.

i liked the location. it was close to an event i went to. staff was really friendly and nice. the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and i had excellent service.
the soap dispensers in the bathroom were hard for me to use.

I was pleased with the friendly staff . The room was also very clean upon arrival. I appreciated the small details, such as the fan provided and fresh milk in the fridge (a nice touch).
The traffic noise was noticeable, especially at night. Noisy guests in adjacent rooms caused some disturbance.
