The staff at the reception were helpful, a welcome thing after my journey.
My room was quite cold upon arrival. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not seem to function at all. I found this quite disappointing, especially given the low temperatures outside.

the breakfast was a decent full english. the reception was reactive to my request for assistance. the hotel is fairly close to an airport.
i checked in, then went out. i came back to find the key was not working. i waited 15 minutes to get access to my room. the beds only had one pillow.

the air con controls were broken. i could not alter the temperature. the unit was very noisy. insects bit me badly during the night.
