My room was modern and clean. It had tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. This was a welcome addition. the location worked well for exploring the town and the staff offered a super friendly welcome. i parked behind the hotel without issue. breakfast was nice. The full english and cereal selection worked well.
the music from the bar downstairs had a higher volume. despite the warning on the website, the loudness was noticeable.

The room included a comfortable bed and modern decor. the en suite bathroom had attention to detail and felt clean. it was a very nice, spacious room. I found everything in order.

the staff was cool and helpful throughout my visit. i needed directions, and the reception staff provided them clearly. they seemed happy to assist with any requests. the staff ensured a smooth experience.

i found the rooms provided all necessary amenities for a short stay. plant-based milk was a good option for cereals. i thought the staff were lovely and helpful too. they even prepared food for my friends and me after the kitchen had closed, a gesture i really appreciated.
The towels seemed a bit old and faded. they were clean.

the hotel offered convenient access to jac's music venue. the breakfast was also excellent with variety. there was a nice buzz, especially during the eurovision party, where games and a quiz were organised.

the home made corned beef pie was good. the portion size was generous. chips were proper chips. the gravy and peas accompanied the pie perfectly. it was nice not having to do the dishes.

The team gave me a lovely warm welcome when I got there. I arrived around 2:30 PM. A young lady showed me to my room. The breakfast included cereal and a nice full English.
It was difficult to find the place. I didn't see a signed car park. The car park area was filled with rubbish so it looks not very clean.

the room was very quiet and WARM. it had all i needed, even water, tea, coffee and biscuits. the bathroom felt modern and large. the location allows easy access to many shops and restaurants at walking distance.
The check-in happened at the bar counter. This area looked a LITTLE dated.
