I found the staff friendly. their help was constant, a true comfort. the country view at the back added such charm! the owner stopped for a chat. He asked how i was doing, it was a sweet moment.
The grounds felt a little untidy, some rubbish near the kitchen door. The grass needed cutting.

the grounds looked untidy to me. rubbish was left outside the kitchen door, with ripped bags and old boxes. the grass needed cutting. also, we were charged for breakfast even though we were told it was included.

The room was clean. It was also quiet. The pub offered great food and excellent beer. There was lots of available parking.
The room was very cold upon entry because the windows were open.

the room was a good size the shower worked well the staff showed friendliness i found the food to be of very good quality lots of parking spaces were available on the premises it was convenient i liked that the rooms are in a separate building which ensured quietness
the hotel had a function i did find my room a bit hot that night
