the room was spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable. All members of staff were very friendly. They ensured i had everything i needed .
my room overlooked the car park. A large fan and extractor system for the kitchens was outside the window. This was very noisy, also made the room quite hot.

the inn features a pub with a cute atmosphere. i observed staff were attentive. There are lovely views from the outside seating area, ideal for enjoying a drink, and i noted the cleanliness was really good.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room had a microwave, toaster, and other self-catering amenities, a nice bonus. the location was perfect (right by the theatre). the pub had a friendly atmosphere, and the food was good.
My room was a bit small. The bathroom felt cramped, but it had all the necessary facilities.

the location is superb. it's close to various attractions. i had a cracking view from my sea-view room. angels tea rooms are conveniently next door for a great breakfast.

The room included a kettle, toaster, and microwave. A fridge was also in the room. The location is great for the Babbacombe Theatre. The view is lovely.
The bathroom mirror was too high. I could not do make up or put in contact lenses.
