some issues .
cold room cold water
The room was quite cold, which wasn't very comfortable. i also found that the water in the shower wasn't hot. It was cold. it made it hard to enjoy a proper shower. the temperature issues really impacted my stay negatively.

free parking friendly host
the parking was free at both the front and rear of the building the location allowed easy exploration of nearby areas on foot. breakfast was delicious with plenty available i found the host friendly.
the neighbours were noisy at the back of the hotel they had a party in the garden both nights.

a stay with issues.
cold shower noisy neighbors
The room? arctic. i think the shower was plumbed directly to an iceberg. Only cold water emerged. and those neighbors! they seemed determined to turn the garden into their personal discotheque both nights. the noise? lovely.

great location friendly host
the location is excellent.. it is close to the beach. the host was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good, and the service was quick.
the neighbours were quite loud at the back. they had a party in the garden both nights of my stay.

amazing value happy atmosphere owner noisy neighbours garden party
the breakfast had amazing value for money! the owner was very happy. he were pretty good, a very happy atmosphere prevailed.
the neighbours at the back of the hotel were VERY noisy? they kept us awake by having a party in the garden both nights.

perfect breakfast great location homely room cold room water temperature no fresh milk
The breakfast was perfect each morning. It really set me up for exploring. The location is also great. It was minutes away from the beach and town centre. My room was very homely and had everything I needed in it.
My room was a little cold. the shower and tap water was not hot enough. I was given no fresh milk for my tea, a little disappointing.
