I found the location very useful, with shops and a gym just across the street. the staff was always friendly and eager to assist. It. i really liked the garden area. It was an unexpected bonus with a bar where i could relax before heading out.
The room i had showed a lack of attention. The toilet seat was not fitted properly, causing wobbling. i also noticed some drawers missing handles, which gave the room a slightly worn appearance, and the tv reception was poor, disappointing.

The hotel features a lovely garden area, and it even has a garden bar. I was able to enjoy a couple of drinks there. access to nearby shops and a gym added to the convenience.

the restaurant provides good food. although breakfast wasn't available at the hotel, a neighboring business offered it with a discount. i went to a costa at the end of the road instead.

Our host provided really good service with a friendly attitude. He managed a difficult situation smoothly despite the challenges. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well-kept, I found everything in order.
There were only three parking spots available at the front of the building. It was a squeeze to park, but I managed.

The staff was helpful. I checked in early because of the availability. I got free parking (a great bonus!). The personnel demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

The hotel is close to a tram stop for easy transportation. A market took place on the street during Saturday morning. It is across a Boston Tea Party and close to a Morrisons supermarket.

The on-site bar is convenient for an evening drink. The breakfast at the Boston Tea Room next door was nice (especially their baked goods!). The restaurant was nicely decorated and offered good service.

The location provides easy access to both the university and the city centre. I secured parking on the hotel, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel bar allowed for a relaxing evening drink. I found a restaurant next door that serves an excellent breakfast.
I found no electrical outlets located near the bed. Reading in bed proved difficult due to this. Central lighting in the room did not help much.
