The staff were friendly, and. the location is great, near many attractions and the room had plentiful towels. I found the bedding to be of GOOD quality, and the bed was indeed very comfy. I slept soundly. Parking was easy, as I had a permit supplied.
I did notice a slightly musty smell in the bathroom, but it wasn't too distracting. I was able to open a window to air it out.

The inn is conveniently located near the town hall, providing easy access to local events and services and it's very central to the main part of the city. Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

Staff members were friendly and accommodating. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations for local dining. Check-in was quick and efficient, and i felt that all my needs and questions were handled with professionalism.

The inn offers complimentary parking, a great benefit in this area. Permits are provided upon arrival. The inn has maintained its traditional pub charm, which I found really appealing and it had hot drinks available in the room.

My room included a single bed and a private bathroom, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay and the room also had plenty of towels. The room was clean and well kept, ensuring a pleasant environment.

Although I did not have a full meal, hot drinks were available in the room. There are numerous dining options located within walking distance from the inn. It's really convenient, if you want a meal.

amazing central LOCATION
friendly staffexcellent servicedrainage smells
the room had everything i needed. the location was central and quiet. the staff were very friendly , they gave excellent service. it was much nicer than a corporate hotel chain.
there was an issue WITH smells from the drainage. although rooms and the bathroom were clean , this did spoil it for me. i hope they can resolve it quickly.

my room was very clean and tidy. i had a double bed and a single bed in the room. the bathroom was ensuite AND big. there IS also free parking on site.

the staff WERE friendly and helpful upon arrival. i arrived hours before check in time , but my room was ready. i was allowed access to offload my bags and get on with my day.

I found the location good. Shops were close. Walking my dog in the parks was easy. Buses were accessible. The room was quiet, even with the pub on a busy road. I received a friendly welcome, and the staff looked after us well.
Parking was okay after the first night! though it could be a bit tricky initially.

The pub had a really homely feel. Drinks were accessible downstairs. I hoped to have a drink in the pub, but I was a little tired on this occasion. The pub offered good value.

The location was excellent for my needs. It is quite central. Catching buses was simple. The location was great for shops and parks. The area was also very central for amenities.

the location was excellent i could walk to the centre easily the staff were friendly i received a warm welcome upon arrival the room was clean it had everything i needed for my stay
the shower was not great it hardly ran the temperature was difficult to control there was noise from the main road outside the hotel it was sometimes difficult to sleep i found the decor to be quite old fashioned
