comfy bed excellent shower self check-in dim lighting unattached wardrobe poor visibility
I found a super comfy bed in my room. The shower was excellent! I had complimentary tea and coffee. The self check-in process was managed very well.
The lighting was quite dim. I couldn't see properly in the room. I had a hard time because the wardrobe was not attached to the wall properly. It fell onto me.

the room was big and it had a big tv. the location was near the town centre, that helped. the price was good to, and i would stay again.
the single glazed windows where poorly maintained. they where rattly and drafty so its noise, bad. no staff are on site, its bad.

the location worked well for what i needed it for.
the noise level was an issue because of poorly maintained single glazed windows. the windows rattled a lot and let in drafts. also there were no staff on site .

Excellent Location, Secure Entrance

Big bed was great. Shower worked well. I liked the room. Location was right in the town centre. The entrance felt secure. I was on my own visiting my daughter.
The bar next door hosts weddings. Music was loud. It kept us awake late. I also heard road noise because of single glazed windows.

A fridge was in the room. A fan was also there. The bathroom was spacious. There was tea, coffee, and chocolates. Automated lock was easy to use.

Check in was easy. I got a text early. It said the room was ready. Codes got me in. The service was great. I did like the video.

clean bed fresh linens contactless check-in
the location proved convenient. accessing the hotel was straightforward with contactless check-in and check-out. a comfy clean bed with fresh linens was provided.
the wardrobe was not attached to the wall properly and fell onto me.. this bruised my leg.

the location was close to the brewery quarter. an earlier check in was arranged.
the bed linen smelled badly, it was really annoying. there was no fan to help with the heat. people were shouting outside until 1 am.
