The bathroom sink was quite small. it was difficult to manage toiletries near the combined toilet and sink. the shower cleanliness could have been better and i noticed the bed felt worn. It was not supportive.

the communication was really easy, i got all the info i needed on the day i arrived. entering the house and the room went smoothly. the location is great, very close to anfield stadium , it was just a short walk. the bed was comfortable, and the house felt warm and clean to me.
i had some trouble locking the room during the weekend , even with assistance. i am glad that the other guests and security. the front door entry system was reassuring, but a working lock would be better.

The location was very close to the stadium.
There were issues with cleanliness in my room. I found bags of rubbish and many empty drink bottles on the floor. This remained for two nights. No one addressed it despite its being disgusting.

I got a message about the room was being cleaned. I then received another message later telling me the room was ready. Access information and instructions for heating operation were clear. The room was well presented and quite clean.
The bathroom had a tiny mirror which was not ideal. A bigger mirror would improve things.

the room had ample space. the shared living area included a well sized kitchen. cleaners were friendly and helpful . the lfc themed decorations added a special touch to the room. i found plenty of lfc themed photos and cushions.
the bathroom mirror was a bit small.
