I appreciated the clean room and the availability of good facilities. A kitchen was accessible, and the location proved convenient for my travels. Staff responsiveness was prompt. I also used the self-check-in option. IT WORKED well.

The renovated room featured a comfortable, clean, and bright environment. A private bathroom added convenience to the double room. Plenty of storage space was available in the room, which proved useful .

Communication was efficient via email and WhatsApp with the hotel representatives. They answered all my questions. Any doubt I had was dealt with via WhatsApp, and they managed to resolve it promptly.

The stylish kitchen provided comfortable cooking space. A washing machine was located on the ground floor needing to do laundry.

The shared kitchen was well equipped and well organised for all guests. The presence of a nearby Lidl supermarket provided easy access to groceries, only a three minute walk. Several restaurants exist within walking distance from the hotel.

great room and handy location!
spacious showerfree tea
the shower was super spacious, that i liked. and free tea and coffee was helpful. i appreciate the clean shared living area with a kitchen. there was milk available too.
area where it's located isn't good for someone coming back in the evening- industrial and lots of raves ,loud music. the keypad isn't visible at night, there's no light and since there is no staff onsite, we got stuck outside for atleast 20 minutes until students came and let us in. the accommodation is shared with university students so not conducive of you're travelling for work. the instructions on how to get into the hotel aren't straightforward, we had to let in another group of 5 people- older with sight impairments later on as they too couldn't understand and find the key pad in the night. worst part. secondly bookings. com should inform people that checking in after 9 pm on a dark rainy nights is next to impossible and calling the office line for help would cost you £50 !!! who charges £50 for a phone call on how to gain entry to a a room you already paid for,, it's day time robbery. finally bookings.com and liverpool stays should actually say the it's a shared facility- student digs,,,. the room is not a double room and neither is the bed, they are single box rooms with a a medium smallish beds for only one person and it's not a double bed.

the location was good! it was only 5 minutes away from where i needed to be. the room was also spotlessly clean and looked brand new!!!
