The location was very central. Everything was close. The room included plates for eating food, a mini refrigerator, and a kettle. The self-check-in option WAS smooth.

odd smellfaulty access code
The room smelled odd was great, but that didn't completely solve the problem. I also had trouble with the shared kitchen. The access code they provided didn't work for me. I needed to request help to get in which wasted my time

The hotel is located close to the city center, shopping areas, and the harbor. It is also an easy walk to both the bus and rail stations. These locations are convenient. My room included a microwave, a kettle, and a mini fridge and freezer. Plates, cutlery, and mugs were also provided for convenience.
The stairs to reach the top floor might be a challenge for some guests.

The staff were cute! The staff made customer satisfaction a priority. The staff assisted me with an early check-in and a free room upgrade when it was raining!

The hotel has a fully equipped shared kitchen with laundry facilities! Having a kitchen makes it easier to prepare meals. I was not forced to eat out every day.

The microwave and fridge were useful. the location near the bus station was really convenient. It made getting around simple.
The carpets looked a bit old and could use an update. That's the only thing i noticed.
