I found mario accommodating. He really ensured i had everything i needed. the central location was fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions. the simple room was very clean, which i definitely appreciated!

The hotel features very steep stairs. This made moving luggage difficult. The shower lacked a proper shower head.

the room WAs small. old cigarettes were down the back of the bed. the shower did not work well. YOU hear tram bells all night. IT was quite annoying.

I found the location convenient, especially with the tram stop right outside (exploring was easy!). The staff, especially Mario, were friendly and always ready to help, which I found really cute.
The steep stairs to the upper floors were a challenge. Guests should be aware, particularly if they have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The location is central, near a tram stop (very convenient!). The staff was very helpful and friendly. Marco at the reception was particularly helpful with my luggage. He provided excellent service (I appreciate that!).
The floor had big holes with missing flooring. It made moving around the room somewhat challenging. I needed to be extra careful.
