the staff was friendly they quickly addressed all requests i had. my room was clean the air conditioning worked well. i appreciated the easy access to transportation hubs near the hotel.
the soundproofing was not ideal i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

mixed feelings about my stay
small roompoor lighting
my room was really small. it was hard to move around with the tv on the wall, especially when trying to get to the tiny bathroom. the stairs weren't lit well, so going down was dangerous. plus, i could hear everything happening in the rooms around me, even kids running up and down the stairs.

the location is great one station from centraal station metro access is a short walk away i found a really good coffee shop next door the staff was also friendly and helpful. the hotel itself was clean and very well-kept.
the sound proofing was minimal i could hear noises from other occupants it did disrupt my sleep.

i loved that the room had comfortable beds. we had a television in the room, very useful after a long day. also, the receptionist was very kind, so great! access to the city centre was easy, i loved it.

the staff were friendly and eager to help when i thought i lost an item of clothing. the hotel is accessible, despite its location away from the city center. a metro station is within walking distance, roughly five minutes away.
the stairs to the rooms were steep. i found the towels to be quite thin. i also noticed no water glasses in the room.

the air conditioning worked well and kept my room cool. rooms were clean. i also appreciated the friendly staff and the short walk to the free ferry.
the stairs were very steep so i had to be careful going down. the lighting was poor on the stairs.
