good selection early check-in quiet area glass wall missing closet late cleaning
the breakfast included a good selection of items. the room was clean, and the area around the hotel was completely quiet. i checked in around 10:00, much earlier than the usual 15:00 check-in time.
The shower had a glass wall facing the bed (this made it a bit awkward, traveling with a friend). there was no closet in the room.

helpful staff clean room
The staff were helpful! The room was very clean. The location was convenient with the subway and train within walking distance. Access to the airport from the hotel was easy, taking about thirty minutes. This made my travel so smooth.
The bathroom door did not close well. This limited privacy. there was no exhaust fan in the washroom , made the room less pleasant. This impacted overall comfort.

My room contained a comfortable bed. A full-length mirror was available and helpful for getting ready. I found the design of the rooms convenient and functional, maximizing the available space .

The people working at reception were very nice. They seemed to care about maintaining a high-quality standard. The check-in process was straightforward with computer assistance, and staff were readily available.

clean room comfortable bed easy parking
the room was clean upon arrival. i found the bed comfortable and easy to rest in. breakfast provided a good start to the day (especially the fresh pastries). parking was available near the hotel, which simplified logistics.

spacious layout modern rooms free coffee
the bathroom included a spacious layout, quite useful. the rooms seemed modern, and the free coffee in the lobby was available throughout the day. berliner tor station, nearby, provided good connectivity to the city.
i noticed the mattress was a little uncomfortable for me.
