helpful staff clean room

The staff were helpful! The room was very clean. The location was convenient with the subway and train within walking distance. Access to the airport from the hotel was easy, taking about thirty minutes. This made my travel so smooth.

The bathroom door did not close well. This limited privacy. there was no exhaust fan in the washroom , made the room less pleasant. This impacted overall comfort.

the room was clean upon arrival. i found the bed comfortable and easy to rest in. breakfast provided a good start to the day (especially the fresh pastries). parking was available near the hotel, which simplified logistics.

spacious layout modern rooms free coffee

the bathroom included a spacious layout, quite useful. the rooms seemed modern, and the free coffee in the lobby was available throughout the day. berliner tor station, nearby, provided good connectivity to the city.

i noticed the mattress was a little uncomfortable for me.
