Central Location and Helpful Staff

helpful staff cozy room good bathroom underground parking

The hotel is near Hafencity and the surrounding area is beautiful. I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The room itself had cozy features. the bathroom was good. There was underground parking available, convenient (considering my rental car).

The room featured big windows, allowed ample natural light, and provided views of the area (I was able to see a bit of the canal). The beds were comfortable and contributed to a restful night's sleep, thanks to the soundproofing.

The location was good. Staff was friendly.

The heater didn't work. No warm air came from it. I thought the parking fare should be included. Prices are a bit high for a 3 star hotel too.

the air conditioning worked well. my room was quiet. the breakfast had a good selection. the underground station close by was very convenient. i walked to nearby places.

i found the signage confusing. it took me some time to find the entrance.
