A satisfactory stay
friendly people very clean restaurant absence traffic challenge
The reception team featured very friendly people. The room was very clean. Kamal cleaned it every day. He did a great job.
There is no restaurant in this hotel. I had to cross the road every time i needed to eat. The road crossing is a challenge because of traffic.

the room was very clean upon arrival. staff, especially mina, handled check-in well. the location provided access to facilities at the sister hotel.
the room looked a bit old. i found that paid wifi was not cheap and the signal was not consistently strong.

Great Stay at Mirette!
calm atmosphere spacious apartment helpful receptionist excellent service
I enjoyed access to the three different hotels within the resort. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and offered enough room for everyone. The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and always ready to help. Kareem and Mahmoud Gamea provided efficient and very good service.
The gym had limited hours, making it difficult to plan workouts.

The main dining area had a wide variety of options, with different themed nights throughout the week. It always had multiple choices available and accommodated different dietary needs. Fresh fruit was available daily, and there were options for both indoor and outdoor seating! I enjoyed the variety.
Facilities

There are multiple pools, each with different depths. a dedicated kids area. These zones ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for families and individual swimmers. The resort provides easy access to a private beach with many sun loungers and umbrellas. That allowed relaxation by the sea.
Service

The reception staff was efficient at check-in and check-out. They quickly addressed all inquiries and requests. Plus, housekeeping provided prompt and reliable cleaning services daily. Mahmoud Hosny in the dining area was very helpful and attentive, always ensuring beverages were refilled promptly.

The staff were friendly. They were helpful with all my needs. The location is very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable.
