The room was spacious and it had a nice desk space i appreciated the comfy bed. I slept soundly. the shower was also quite nice and provided good water pressure. i enjoyed these amenities a lot.
I found a stain on the carpet, not ideal upon arrival. a male guest upstairs was quite loud past midnight. This disrupted the quiet. there was also a problem with toilet paper. The shared bathroom ran out by morning.

The staff was helpful with check-in. i found the location quite convenient, especially for walking to the utilita arena for events. it was a very good value. A local hostel charged almost double for a shared room bed. free wi-fi was available, which i appreciated.
there was only about half a toilet roll in the shared bathroom which wasn't enough.

The staff were patient during my check-in, especially when I had issues transferring funds.
I found the number of rules excessive. It reminded me of they were designed to make me lose my security deposit. the Wi-Fi was not working, and my phone network reception was poor in the area.
