The location was excellent. A store was conveniently next-door. A liquor store, taco places, gas station, and casinos were also very close. I appreciated the on-site parking availability. The front desk staff were friendly. They were polite too.
I noticed that the facilities are somewhat old and could use updates.

The hotel features a pool , which provides a way to relax, though I didn't have the time to use it, so I can't speak to its upkeep, the hotel has parking on site.

I had a Queen Room. The room was comfortable for sleeping. Everything in the room worked well. The room was also clean. There were no spots or trash, but I only stayed for a few days.

The location is close to many attractions. I was able to walk to the MGM Grand Casino, a nice bonus. Many shops, restaurants and bars are nearby.

the location was acceptable, especially its proximity to the main attractions.
The room smelled strongly of stale smoke, even though i requested a non-smoking room. this, since the odor permeated everything (including the bedding). the noise insulation was also poor. I could hear a lot of street noise at night.
