I found the suite very spacious. It featured a fully stocked kitchenette! The heated pool was AMAZING!!! It was ideal for kids. The location is adjacent to the Strip, a 20-minute walk or a free shuttle ride.

i found the rooms so clean. all staff were quite friendly. the location is nice, a walk to miracle mile is quite pleasant! i enjoyed the free parking, such a relief in a busy area. i appreciated the large rooms. i was also grateful for the attentive customer service.

the grounds feature a beautiful courtyard with two pools. there are many areas to relax and mingle. ping pong for those who want some fun. the pool area is beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept.

the hotel is a reasonable distance from the strip, great wanting some quiet. a handy shuttle bus runs regularly to a convenient drop-off point near the strip. top golf is an easy stroll.

the room was clean, and i found the shuttle service convenient. it ran to the strip every 30 minutes, a nice perk. the staff was friendly and always ready to help when i needed it (omar and derek were very helpful and informative with my questions and concerns).
i found the timeshare sales pitch a bit much, though it is optional. i did not appreciate feeling pressured to attend a presentation, especially as an owner.

the apartment was spacious with plenty of room for luggage. it had two bathrooms and a full kitchen for cooking meals. i used the free shuttle to the strip saving money on transportation.
the coffee provided in the room was not to my liking.

mixed feelings about the stay

the rooms seemed like home, that's a plus.
i did not like the front desk person. they pushed for a timeshare presentation even after my dad said no, it was disrespectful. also, wifi costs extra for each device, so not very convenient.

The suite had a good size for five people. My room was on the eleventh floor. I found the view to be pretty nice. The room presented a good amount of cleanliness.
Checking in on a Saturday night, I learned they gave away my room. This happened despite my call three days prior about my late arrival. The hotel offered no help to find another room. I felt very disappointed by this handling of my reservation.

the location isnt bad because its away from the main chaos, not sure it was worth it though.
The front desk tried really hard to sell a timeshare thing, they really didnt care that my dad was not interested. the worst part was wifi, its only available for a limited number of devices per room. What if we were more people?
