The hotel's proximity to the airport made my early morning departure very smooth. I also enjoyed a tasty evening meal at the hotel. The food selection was great and the quality was really excellent. The room was quiet despite the hotel's location close to the terminal. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with fresh papaya and delicious egg tarts.
The ramp to the entrance lacked an illuminated sign, so I had to carry my suitcase up some stairs to reach the reception.

the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport, very convenient.
the shower had temperature issues, and it was hard to get it right (i nearly scalded myself!). the air conditioning wasn't working properly either, made the room uncomfortably warm. also, the noise from the nearby airport was quite noticeable, especially at night. i found the bed hard and not very comfortable.

The location worked REALLY well for me. It's only a short walk to the terminal. I also took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport, it ran every 15 minutes. The breakfast starts very early, at 2 a.m., so that suited my early flight. The room was quiet.
The water temperature in the shower was difficult to regulate. It fluctuated from scalding to cold. The pillows felt hard and flat. The bathroom design seems better suited for one guest than two guests.

I noticed the lighting in the room was a little dim. Packing my suitcase was slightly difficult because of it.
