The staff provided helpful directions when asked, and the location proved very convenient. i appreciated the proximity to both the metro and the airport.. it simplified my travel considerably. the room included a comfortable sofa bed. This was a nice addition to the standard amenities.

The room was spacious. the bathroom had plenty of soaps! the breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. i also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant.
i found that there was not hot water, so i couldn't take a shower. the water was only warm. the staff seemed aware of this issue! i noticed it was common to all rooms. the poor water temperature was a real negative.

the room was adequately sized. it was acceptable for a short stay.
I found the service somewhat lacking. The staff looked disinterested in resolving issues. specifically, i had trouble with a faulty safe. The staff told me not to use it, rather than offering a replacement or fix. that wasn't helpful at all.

The soundproofing was not adequate. I could hear noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to rest properly.. the promised coffee capsules were never provided. Despite my repeated requests to the staff, they ignored my concerns.

The room was spacious and clean, exactly as shown online. Breakfast offered many choices including fruits, pastries, and cheese. I found it valuable that bottled water was available, though perhaps an included option would be even better.
Waiting times were longer, especially with many tour groups checking out.

the room was clean. it was also spacious and aesthetic. the bathroom featured soap, hair gel, body gel, fresh towels, and a bidet! the breakfast buffet offered a big selection of drinks, pastries, cheese, and fruits.
it felt very cramped. the bed was firmer than I would have preferred so the first couple of nights were tough. the staff treated guest requests more as inconveniences than opportunities to assist.
