the location were great, close to many attractions, that's true.
the breakfast lacked variety, it was really basic. hot water in the shower took a long time, such a waste. i found the staff not friendly enough on arrival, also on my departure, they seems uninterested.

I appreciated the second-floor breakfast room. It remained open all day, providing access to a microwave and coffee. the location worked well. It was walkable to various attractions. the staff were polite, flexible, and professional (which i always appreciate).
The bathroom felt very cold. The window looked not to seal properly.

I really appreciate the superb location. It's very close to the subway. the room was cleaned every day by housekeeping, a big plus. i also found the friendly staff to be very helpful. breakfast was different. I appreciated the available bagels and fruit.
the option for hot food was very limited.

the location was superb for exploring the city. the staff was attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. my room offered a clean and quiet retreat after long days! i particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks in the cozy breakfast room.
It caused some inconvenience, particularly during peak hours. i had to wait longer than expected on a couple of occasions, it was quite frustrating.
