Check-in was really fast. they stored my bag because my flight landed super early. i got into my room at noon. the staff was cheerful and very helpful. It was a great experience. the location was great, really close to subway lines and attractions.
the breakfast area is quite tiny. it can get crowded because there is not always tables for everyone

The room was very clean upon arrival. It was cleaned daily , too. The hotel location near the subway made travel easy. Breakfast had good options including eggs and yogurt.

the breakfast had good choices like waffles and yogurt. the room was clean, also the hotel had a fridge and a coffee maker. i appreciate that half of the rooms include a view of the empire state building! friendly people work here.
the sound insulation was not very good. i could hear people in the corridor, also i heard doors slamming loudly. it made it difficult to sleep.
