I loved how friendly caroline was. She really knows her stuff about the area. she even gave me a map and pointed out all the cool places nearby. my room was super clean. the breakfast selection was excellent. there was a variety of cereals, fresh fruit and yummy natural yoghurt.
The shower wasn't working perfectly. it was a bit of a nuisance. there was also a lot of traffic noise day and night. i appreciated the ear plugs they left, but it was still quite loud. the parking was very tight. It might be difficult for larger cars.

The location was okay. Poole park was close by.
The shower did NOT work properly. I expect more at the price. I found it odd to be asked to pay the full amount before even seeing the room when I'd already paid for half the stay.

the room was very clean. i appreciated the little touches, like fresh coffee at breakfast. the location is also perfect for the quay and town (everything is close!).
the parking space was very tight. i was asked to pay the full amount before even seeing my room. the shower didn't work properly and that was a bit annoying.
