Very nice Views and Attentive Service
helpful staff quiet atmosphere very nice views
The views were excellent. I saw Mount Vesuvius and the nearby marina from my room. The staff was courteous. They were always helpful when I needed something. The location offers a quiet atmosphere with the main street just a short walk away. This provided good access to local attractions.
The towels provided were thin.

The staff assisted with directions and provided prompt service when requested! Serena and Juliu delivered particularly excellent service. Staff allowed flexible check-out times, which I found useful.

The pool provides amazing views and appears clean. The walk to the main part of town is manageable and takes about ten minutes. A mini supermarket is a short walk!

optimal location mediterranean sea helpful staff
the hotel location is optimal, close to the center, stores, and markets. the view of vesuvius is lovely, i noted. the hotel sits on a hillside with a mediterranean sea view. the staff were polite and helpful.
the elevator seemed a bit shaky.

special location genuine hospitality flexible checkout refreshing escape
The location is special (i loved the views!). the hotel staff showed genuine hospitality . i especially appreciated their flexibility with my checkout time. It really helped me out. the pool area was well-kept and provided a refreshing escape from the day's heat.
the breakfast was basic but i'm not picky, so it didn't bother me much.

views were okay , rest not so much
dated room cleaning noises
the views from the balcony were acceptable.
the room felt dated , and the cleanliness was questionable. the thin walls allowed me to hear every shower and toilet flush from other rooms , which was not ideal. housekeeping woke me up with loud cleaning noises at 7 a.m. , so i couldn't even sleep in.

ocean view balcony helpful staff thin towels no fridge laminated instructions
the elevator had a nice ocean view. my room, a quadruple room balcony sea view, had a really nice balcony. the staff were helpful (especially with directions). the parking was convenient and on-site.
the towels were quite thin, almost like paper. my room did not have a fridge. the laminated instructions everywhere felt a bit much.
