i appreciated the hotel stood right across from the Christmas markets. the rooms, including the bathroom, were very clean and modern. i also found the staff friendly and ready to help with any questions or requests i had. it was convenient the hotel called a taxi for us to get to the port.
i found no coffee or tea available in my room.

the location were great near the main square. room had plenty of space and a nice view. the bar is open late and i see free coffee in the morning.
the mattress were not comfortable and pillows felt flat. the shower have soap scum. cleaning service was minimal .

The location was wonderful because it was in the pedestrian center with many restaurants nearby. underground parking was available. the room included air conditioning and a large bathroom. i found the staff very kind. They provided additional towels upon request.
