automatic check-in was really convenient, especially arriving late. my room included well-equipped facilities, a comfort during a rainy night. the room was really clean, it was just what i needed.
I missed having an iron in the room. It would be helpful needing to freshen their clothes.

The location is convenient. The train station is easy to reach. I also found it simple to walk to the city center. Drinks were available for purchase directly at reception.
The customer service was unacceptable. I tried contacting them for days via email, contact form, and telephone without response. The phone would ring for twenty minutes and then hang up.
