a quiet stay with some minor hiccups

i found the staff cute and helpful. the two bedroom suite was spacious. it accommodated my family of five comfortably using the sofa bed. the kitchen had adequate equipment, i cooked several dinners there.
the cleaning wasn't perfect. i found some stains and hairs upon arrival that remained throughout my stay. the mirrors weren't polished. warm water in the shower was difficult to regulate, it fluctuated between very hot and cold.

the location was acceptable, near several attractions.
The room cleaning was subpar. Multiple stains and hairs remained from our arrival. mirrors were never polished. the breakfast was not exciting. the use of disposable plastic plates and utensils felt ridiculously cheap and not environmentally friendly. getting consistently warm water in the shower was tough. It was either too hot or cold.

i was grateful for the friendly front desk staff. they provided helpful information and quick service. the room size was excellent and quite comfortable.. it had all i needed. the location felt secure, and i appreciated being able to walk to several attractions.

the breakfast area was not well maintained tables had leftover food i also noticed a leaking ceiling near the food it created a slip hazard the staff was not very helpful they seemed rude and unhelpful especially the breakfast staff there was miscommunication about valet services

The breakfast included hot options and was quite practical. The location is in a convenient downtown location. there's a supermarket nearby. The staff was amazing and helped recover ski pants we left behind. They saved us!
The valet parking was costly and too slow to get the car in the morning. there were long waits.
