unhelpful staffterrible lighting
The women at the front desk were LESS than helpful. I was like an inconvenience, especially when trying to check in (WHO enjoys THAT?). the bedroom lighting was TERRIBLE. It was like a cave in there, not ideal when you are trying to, i don't know, read a book?

Fantastic Location and Great Amenities

The apartment size was generous and it was situated in a prime location. I found the gymnasium to be a great bonus (I used it every day). Parking was available right next door, a definite plus. Several dining options were also very close, right across the street from the park.
The bed was a little too soft for my personal taste.

The hotel's fitness center features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a pool area. It has twenty loungers and a shaded section.

The building is close to a lot of interesting landmarks. There are a variety of restaurants and shops. Public transportation is easily accessible too (bus and metro).

the location was great! it was next door to a hotel with a restaurant. the rooms were spacious and clean.
the towel rails seemed shaky, so i didn't use them. they could do with someone checking and tightening them. i didn't like the policy that they charge even for a half-hour extension.

our apartment offered a fantastic view . the location proved convenient with its proximity to a variety of grocery stores. we had a amazing experience and especially appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the staff.
i noticed some spiders near the pool area edges , and i think a little extra cleaning there would make a big difference.

i was disappointed that the apartment we received faced the back instead of the lake view. the photos are misleading.

I loved the apartment. It was spacious! the full kitchen includes a six-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator. i also enjoyed the awesome pool and the deck with a lake view. the room size was really great!
The shower grout needs some deep cleaning. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages.

The hotel's location is perfect. It puts you right in the heart of everything. its close to the central area and soldier field. there is a supermarket with a coffee bar next door. It's so convenient for grabbing a quick bite!
