friendly team modern style comfortable bed
The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Siobhan and shenice made a BIG impression. All amenities worked, the room was bright, and the apartment building was refurbished in a modern style. The room included a comfortable bed and everything worked as intended.
The hotel offers paid room cleaning services, it is not included in the price.

great location ample space app issue impersonal service
The apartment had a balcony and a living room. The location was a very short walk to many restaurants and stores. We could easily find places to dine. There was ample space for us to relax and unwind.
The hotel was impersonal. On arrival, the app would not open the front door. I couldn't make it work thereafter. The receptionist eventually was at the desk. It was not what I expected. I wanted a normal hotel.

the LOCATION was convenient. information before my stay was useful. staff members gave practical information. all staff members were helpful and accommodating.

staff offered a warm welcome. they also provided practical details, and were consistently helpful. I found them to be QUITE hospitable during my four-night stay. all questions were fully addressed.

I did not use any dining facilities ON SITE. nearby restaurants offer varied cuisines. MANY options exist. I saw several cafes located within a short walk of the hotel.

The hotel provides easy access to bus lines. there is also a nearby water taxi service. everything i needed was within walking distance. EVERYTHING was so convenient.

My room included a balcony. the space was clean on arrival, and the furnishings were modern. the king bed had very comfortable sheets. IT WAS a restful experience.

I found the laundry facility useful. the coded entry system allowed for easy access. the building provided secure luggage storage. This was appreciated. I had no problems with the service.

rusty bathtub makeup stains
The kitchen facilities were okay, i guess. It had most of the basic stuff.
the room they gave me wasn't great, i will admit. the bathtub looked ancient and rusty, i am not kidding. there were also some makeup stains on the linens, which i found gross and off-putting, not my colour, either.
