the location near the waterfront and park was very convenient for me. i also appreciated the many restaurants and bars that were so close by. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they stored my luggage for the day after i checked out.

the hallways seemed a bit dirty to me. the waiting area also needed some cleaning. the window air conditioning unit was quite noisy, though it did block out street noise a bit.

the room i stayed in wasnt great. the carpet looked gross and old. the whole building needs a good cleaning. the price i paid was too much because the building is old. i wont stay here again.
