The staff helped with luggage. They stored my belongings securely in a locked room. I felt at ease. The premises had very clean facilities. I noticed staff kept smiles and were eager to assist with any needs.

The lack of an elevator made navigating with heavy luggage slightly challenging, particularly after a long travel day.

unpleasant smell insincere staff

the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. i suspect the ventilation was inadequate because it never dissipated. also, the staff seemed overly eager to assist, and i suspect they did this primarily to solicit tips. it felt insincere. these issues significantly impacted my overall impression.

The hot water situation was odd. You had to ask them to turn it on. then, it only lasted a few minutes. plus, the air conditioning didn't work well either.
